Meet Diana DePedro, the Founder and CEO of Pelagic Framing, a women-owned company. With over 20 years of experience in cold steel  and aluminum form products, Diana has risen through the ranks, managing a 100-person plant and consistently delivering top-quality steel solutions. She is bilingual in Spanish and has invested three additional years to become certified in FRAMECAD steel construction, allowing her to expertly design, manufacture, and assemble structures from start to finish. Outside of work, Diana prioritize family, raising two fine young men of her own. Diana also embraces her Mexican heritage and also Hawaiian connection with Hula, remains active in bodybuilding competitions and marathons, and passionately supports breast cancer awareness and fundraising efforts.
